Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Agricultural Loans Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the borrowing of money to farmers. Section 2 outlines purposes for which money may be obtained, such as the clearing, irrigating and reclaiming of land; the conservation of soil and the prevention of soil erosion by the planting of trees; costs of land transfer. The text consists of 25 sections.
