Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations “eligible crops” means those grains, oilseeds and specialty crops that were eligible pursuant to the Western Grain Transportation Act (Canada), namely barley, beans, buckwheat, canary seed, canola, corn, fababeans, flaxseed, lentils, mixed grains, mustard seed, oats, peas, rapeseed, rye, sunflowers, triticale and wheat.
