Abstract The present Law lays down provisions relating to charges for continuation of property registration in the real estate cadastre. Article 1 establishes that for changes in ownership in the real estate cadastre a fee (Cadastral Continuation Fee) shall be charged, otherwise the continuation of registration in the cadastre is free of charge.
