Abstract This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims at (i) organizing pesticide advertising; (ii) promoting quality control of circulating pesticides; (iii) combating misleading advertising; and (iv) ensuring that the advertisement does not have any side effects on public health and the environment. It establishes that an authorization is needed from the competent authority to advertise pesticides - and art.4 explains in detail the requirements to obtain the authorization - and prohibits the advertising of prohibited pesticides, or restricted use pesticides, or not registered with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
