Abstract This Resolution comprising 18 Articles aims to regulate rules of origin in accordance with international best practices. The Regulation covers the following topics (i) goods obtained in full, including products of marine fishing and other products harvested from outside the territorial waters of the country by the ships of that country; (ii) goods that have been fully prepared, operated or manufactured; (iii) the standards and controls necessary to consider goods that have been fully prepared, operated, or manufactured; (iv) cases of proving the country of origin; (v) cases of exemption from providing proof of origin; (vi) issuing preferential certificates of origin for national goods; (vii) issuance by the Ministry of non-preferential certificates of origin for national good; (viii) issuance by the Chamber of preferential export certificates for national goods; (ix) coordination between the Ministry and the relevant authorities; (x) the validity of the certificate of origin; (xi) register of the certificate of origin; (xii) reasons and procedures for verifying the authenticity of origin.
