Article 1 sets out some definitions . Article 2 states that no plant products shall be entered or transferred unless authorized by the Directorate of Agriculture. Growers must register all plant products they have in their farms before the date of maturity (Art.3) . A technical committee will be formed to study the actual needs of the local markets of plant products (Art.5) . The transfer of shipment of olive oil between the provinces should be accompanied by some documents as listed in article 11. Article 14 prohibits the introduction of any plant product if prohibited by the report of the Technical Committee. Article 16 states that whoever violates the provisions of this Resolution will be penalized. Full text Arabic
