Abstract: This Regulation prescribes the procedures by which foreign natural persons and legal persons conduct commercial fishing in the territorial waters and exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Latvia and in the Gulf of Riga, as well as prescribes the conditions for surveys and protection of commercial fish resources.
