Abstract Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture decree to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the rates of the State fees (in lati) for the protection of plant breeders’ rights and related activities. State fees shall be paid in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Law on the protection of plant varieties. State fees shall be included in the State base budget in accordance with the Law on the state budget for the current year.
