The administrator of a residential house shall ensure the implementation of the requirements for sanitary maintenance in a residential house in order to prevent the risk of threat. Cleanup work of the territory shall be performed in accordance with the procedures specified in the binding regulations of the local government. The following cleanup work of the territory shall be performed regularly: cleaning of sidewalks, paths and driveways; lawn mowing in the territory; gathering of fallen leaves, withered plants and branches; and tending of greenery.
