Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the procedures by which the amount of losses shall be estimated for unpackaged goods under customs supervision. Among others, the Regulations provides for the coefficients for the calculation of the volume of absolute alcohol in alcohol and aqueous solution at temperature of 20 °c depending on the actual temperature and content of alcohol and aqueous solution; coefficients for the calculation of the volume of absolute alcohol per kilogram of alcohol and aqueous solution at temperature of 20 °c depending on the composition of the liquid of alcohol content (in percentage by volume); permissible norms of losses for unpackaged goods, including food and agricultural goods.
