Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the procedures for determining the minimum safe manning of ships for Latvian ships. For fishing vessels and ships not engaged in international voyages the minimum safe manning of a ship shall be determined in accordance with the norms of the minimum safe manning of fishing vessels, coasters and inland waterway vessels laid down in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
