Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the criteria for determining which explosive and fire-hazardous objects shall be included in the list of such explosive, fire-hazardous and particularly important objects, as well as the procedures mentioned in the list (Annex 1). The following explosive and fire-hazardous objects shall be included in the list the objects are explosive and fire hazardous chemical substances and are present in such an amount that exceeds the maximum qualifying quantity specified in Annex 2 of these Regulations; and rail terminals and railway infrastructure objects are dangerous cargo transported and in the area of which the amount of transported and stored fire hazardous materials sometimes exceeds the smallest qualifying quantity specified in Annex 2 of these Regulations.
