The holder (owner) of the marketing authorisation shall be responsible for the promotion of veterinary medicinal products on the market. The appointing of a representative shall not exempt the holder (owner) of the marketing authorisation from liability. When registering veterinary medicinal products, the Food and Veterinary Service shall determine whether they belong to the group of non-prescription or prescription veterinary medicinal products.
