Excise duty stamps must be ordered and received by the Ministry of Finance. Excise duty stamps are issued by the State Revenue Service to warehousekeepers of goods subject to excise duty and licensed importers. The Regulation also lays down rules for labelling of alcoholic beverages produced in the customs territory of the Republic of Latvia; and labelling of imported alcoholic beverages.
