Cadastral value shall be calculated for all cadastre objects and immovable property tax objects registered in the information system of the State Cadastre of Immovable Property. Base indicators of cadastral values - base values and correction coefficients - shall be determined and approved separately for land, buildings and engineering structures. Cadastral value shall be calculated separately for a unit of land, building, engineering structure, a part of a unit of land. Cadastral value of immovable property shall be calculated as a sum of the cadastral values of a unit of land, buildings and engineering structures forming a separate immovable property.
