Abstract

This Regulation determines measures for state support for agriculture and rural development, the amount of support, as well as the procedure and criteria for its allocation. State support in 2023 in the form of subsidies shall be allocated for the following purposes: (a) animal breeding (cattle, swine, sheep, equine animals); (b) crop production, including development of plant genetic resources and seed production; and (c) elaboration of food quality schemes. Rural support service: (a) posts information on the procedure for granting and disbursing support on its website; (b) evaluates the compliance of the applicant's application with the established requirements; and (c) randomly checks not less than one percent of aid recipients, including state institutions and state capital companies, if no other control procedure is specified in this regulation.
