Abstract

This Regulation establishes: (a) the list of documents that the persons submit to the State Land Service in order to start the process of determining the real estate object - a land unit or part of a land unit; (b) use of documents held by the State Land Service; (c) the procedure for the cadastral survey of the real estate object - land unit or part of the land unit (including the land unit or part of the land unit whose determination was proposed by the municipality), the characterizing data, the accuracy of the measurements, the permissible disconnection of the measurements, the content of the cadastral survey documents, as well as the coordination procedure and land area; (d) marking the encumbrance boundary of the real estate object and calculating the area in the land cadastral survey documents; (e) procedures for correcting cadastral survey data and documents; and (f) procedure for the cadastral survey of the expropriated land. The cadastral survey of the expropriated land starts after receiving information from the State Land Service about the start of cadastral survey work in the land unit. Land cadastral surveying includes the following cadastral surveying activities of land area and encumbered land: (a) requesting and receiving the necessary information; (b) inviting land survey experts; (c) installation of the land survey network; (d) survey and restoration of boundaries; (e) boundaries determination in the land area; (f) the installation of a visual fence in the area; (g) removal of a boundary mark or inspection of the removal of a boundary mark; (h) surveying the boundaries and elements of the situation in the land area; (i) land area measurement; (k) preparation and coordination of a land boundary plan, a land unit part boundary plan, a situation plan, an encumbrance plan or information on encumbrances, a plan for the disposition of forest land to be deforested; and (l) preparation and submission of land cadastral survey documents to the territorial unit of the State Land Service.
