Entry into force on 17 February 2000.
Abstract

This Decree prescribes, on the basis of section 6 a of the Act relative to the carrying out of plant breeding activities of 1977, a compensation of costs, to be paid out of the fund of the Support and Preparedness Agency, for the breeding of crops that are deemed of national importance for Finland in accordance with a plant breeding programme in the sense of article 2 of this Decree. Financial support can be granted for the breeding of plant stock of various kinds of cereals, potatoes and feeding crops.
