The Authority is a corporate body pursuant to the Public Authorities Law. The By-laws make provision with respect to offices, general meetings of the Board, the number of Directors of the Board, powers and duties of Directors, contracts, loans, deposits, officers, the powers and duties of the Managing Director and the Secretary, Heads of Divisions and Regional Foresters, other officers of the Board, financial matters, audit and the Advisory Conservation Committee.
