Abstract This Resolution consisting of 3 articles amends the Groundwater By-Law as follows (i) allowing the owner of an authorized well to sell water to farms provided they are within a distance of 1000 meters (art.11); (ii) the prices levied by the Authority for the water extracted annually will not subjected anymore also to the conditions of the water license, but only to the quantities specified for permitted extraction (art.38); and (iii) sets prices per cubic meter and conditions for the sale of water.
