Abstract

The present Ordinance implements various Community Regulations as laid down in article 1. The Ordinance sets out regulations dealing with the payment of subsidies for potatoes and a premium for potato starch. Article 2 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Sale of butter at reduced prices and granting of subsidies for butter and cream for the production of ice-cream and other foodstuff (2); Granting of subsidies for clarified butter (3); Subsidies for the purchase of butter (4); Common provisions (5).
