Abstract The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements the EC-directives Nos. 1234/2007, 105/2008 and 884/2006 dealing with storage and quality standards of butter. Article 2 establishes that the "Austrian Agrarmarkt" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance.
