Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements the EC-directives Nos. 1234/2007, 105/2008 and 884/2006 dealing with storage and quality standards of butter. Article 2 establishes that the "Austrian Agrarmarkt" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Public intervention (2); Private storage (3); Common provisions (4); Prices (5). Three Annexes are enclosed.
