This Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 1998.
Abstract

The above-mentioned Ordinance implements the EC-directives Nos. 804/68 and 454/95 dealing with storage and quality standard of butter. Article 2 establishes that the "Austrian Agrarmarkt" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 6 chapters of which the most important are: Quality standards (2); Public storage (3); Private storage (4); Prices (5). Three annexes are enclosed.
