Abstract This Act sets forth provisions on procedures of application, grant, issuance, transfer, duration, renewal and revocation of licence, inspection of licensed premises, duties of the trade inspectors, liabilities of the licence holder, and offences and penalties. The Minister may make regulations for giving effect to the purposes and provisions of this Act. The categories of businesses and professions that are subject to licensing and licence fees are specified in the First Schedule. Furthermore the form of licence is shown in the Second Schedule.
