Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose into national law the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment of 27 June 2001. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to planning and building of streets exempt from environmental review and environmental evaluation. The text consists of 4 articles.
