The Council may from time to time prescribe an area in which trees may be cut, provided that a "hazard area" shall not be prescribed for such purpose (by-law 5). By-law 6 provides for the duty of residents to plant trees. By-law 7 restricts the felling, cutting or uprooting of trees (12 by-laws and 2 Schedules: duty to plant trees (1); fees for felling of trees(2)). Full text English
