The Town Council may give directions in writing as to the type of cultivation, the use of fertilizers or the removal of weed (by-law 4). By-law 5 requires farmers to keep land free from weeds and to notify the authorized Officer of plant pests and diseases occurring on his land. (8 by-laws) Full text English
