Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2011.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 2 May 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to provisions relating to land use planning and construction activities. The text consists 90 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Deadlines for construction and planning matters (I); Land use planning (II); Building law (III); Final provisions (IV). One Annex is enclosed.
