"Dangerous petroleum" is petroleum that is easily inflammable. Limits are placed on the amount of dangerous petroleum that may be stored at one place. The Regulations provide for a system of permits and licenses for the storage and transport of petroleum. They prescribe requirements for the construction of storage tanks.
