Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, make rules relative to sanitary matters in relation with premises used a bakeries prohibits the use of private dwellings as bakeries for commercial purposes unless a certificate from the Sanitary Inspector is obtained. The Regulations also require persons involved in the making of bread or handling meat and similar products to obtain a health certificate. The Regulations also concern the trade of butcher and the production and sale of aerated water.
