These Regulations are made by the Commissioner for Agriculture of the State to provide details on the Bud-Rot disease which attacks mostly the Oil Palm and the Coconut Palm. It provides that where the disease is discovered, the owner of the plant which is affected shall destroy it by fire and shall not tap the affected plant for palm wine. It provides fines for the contravention of these Regulations.
