Abstract

The present Ordinance contains dispositions regulating the periodical examination of cattle for brucellosis. The periodic examination has to be carried out on 20 % of the animals in each regions (Land) over a period of 2 years. As far as the examination fees are concerned paragraph 1 of article 20 of the Brucellosis Act (BGBl. II No. 442/1999) has to be applied. The text consists of 4 articles.
