The present Regulation comes into force on 30 December 2012.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the levy imposed on broiler hatching egg producers. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Levy on broiler hatching eggs marketed (1); Levy on broiler hatching eggs hatched (2); Levy on chicks produced (3); Repeal (4); Coming into force (5).
