Abstract

The present Scheme enacts various sections of the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the establishment of the British Columbia Vegetable Scheme. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Scheme established, purpose and application (2); British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Commission (3); Powers (4); Register of commercial producers (5); Qualification for registration as a commercial producer (6); Register of other producers (7).
