Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the British Columbia Turkey Marketing Board to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of British Columbia who are engaged in the production or marketing of turkeys and use the revenue for its purposes.
