Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the B.C. Tree Fruits Limited to conduct a pool or pools for the distribution of all proceeds received from the sale of the regulated product. Section 6 establishes the various Pooling Committees dealing respectively with matters relating to apples and crab-apples, tree fruits, other than apples and crab-apples and other tree fruits. The text consists of 8 sections.
