Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants authority to the British Columbia Hog Marketing Commission to regulate the marketing of hogs produced in British Columbia in interprovincial and export trade. Furthermore, the afore-mentioned Commission is authorized to fix and impose, by order, and collect levies or charges from persons referred to in that section who are engaged in the production or marketing of hogs and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose. The text consists of 4 sections.
