Abstract

The present Scheme enacts sections 2, 11, 12, 13 and 22 of the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act. In particular, the Scheme lays down provisions relating to the marketing of hog. The text consists of 17 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Scheme established, purpose and application (2); Repealed (3); British Columbia Hog Marketing Commission (4); Repealed (5); Powers (6); Register of producers (7); Qualification for registration (8); Repealed (9-17).
