Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Bremen Fishery Law. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the breeding and protection of natural symbiosis in inland waters. It regulates the catching of fish, as well as the sustainable management of natural fishing stock and is applicable to all inland waters. The text consists of 13 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Fishing ban (2); Fishing limitation (3); Closed seasons (4); Enhancement of stock, fishing gear (5); Exception to fishing ban (6); Fishing activities (7); Protection of fish spawing and fish food (8); Electrical fishing (9); Scientific electrical fisheries (10); Management of natural resources (11); Penalties (12); Entry into force (13).
