Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting in the Land Bremen. Article 1 establishes that to practice hunting, a hunting licence is required; article 2 deals with the rights of licensees; article 3 relates to duties and rights of hunting ground holders. The text – consisting of 46 articles - concerns, inter alia, the following matters: size of hunting grounds, common hunting grounds, hunting cooperatives, hunting authorities, hunting lease, hunting permits and hoofed game.
