Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to ensure the production, distribution and safe use of energy in an economical, environment-friendly, harmless, rational and in a favourable way. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Measures to save energy (II); Promotion measures (III); Basic requirements for the energy industry in the Land Bremen (IV); Other measures for the saving of energy (V); Penalties (VI); Final provisions (VII).
