Breeders or any individual or institution keeping animals with the purpose of conducting experiments must possess a Certificate of Registration and must abide to the aforesaid mentioned Act. All medical procedures must minimize animal pain or inconvenience, trade of experiment animals must be conducted only with appointed registered breeders and during the trials, Veterinaries or Medical Doctors must attend the experimental sessions.
