Abstract

This Act concerns the branding and marking of stocks, cattle or horses. The Act regulates the application procedure for marking animals (sects. 2-4) and provides for the registration of brands (sects. 5 – 8). Section 9 defines the effect and size of brand and section 10 deals with the transfer of brands.
