The present Ordinance implements the EU-directive 91/271/ of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment. The Ordinance concerns the collection, treatment and emission of local waste water and the treatment and discharge of waste waters from certain industries. The text deals with the following issues: purpose of the Ordinance, sphere of application, definition of terms, waste water plants, discharge of waste water, discharge of industrial waste water, use of sludge, duty to report and entry force. The Ordinance consists of 10 articles and 2 Annexes.
