Abstract

The present Regulation is enacted under the Water Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the allocation of water from the Bow, Oldman and South Saskatchewan River Basin. Section 3 establishes that such reserved water may be allocated by the Director. The text consists of 10 sections.
