It also extends the definition of "disease" in the Animal Health Act, 1981 to BVD, provides for the approval of laboratories and veterinary surgeons by the Scottish Ministers for the purpose of this Order, defines duties of such laboratories and veterinary surgeons and provides with respect to enforcement and offences.
