Abstract

These Regulations revoke previous regulations concerning bovine offal. The Animal By-Products (Identification) Regulations 1995 are hereby amended insofar as a new definition of specified bovine offal, in line with the new Specified Bovine Offal Order 1995, is inserted. (3 Regulations and 1 Schedule)
