Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 3(1)(a) of the Botanical Gardens Act, establish the Botanical Gardens Board and define its functions and powers. They also provide for the functioning of the Board and some related matters. The Board shall, among other things: develop, manage and maintain the Botanical Gardens and their collection of plants and collect and display a wide range of species suitable to the Botanical Gardens.
