Abstract

The Minister of Agriculture shall be charged with the management, control and care of designated botanic gardens (sect. 3). The Minister shall have the power to regulate matters set out in section 4 and may appoint one or more advisory committees under section 5. Other sections of this Act provide, among other things, for powers of enforcement, appointment of committees and offences.
