Abstract

The present Regulation is made under sections 25 and 29 of the Wilderness and Ecological Reserves Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the management of botanical ecological reserves as created under the afore-mentioned Act. The Regulation covers licences and permits related to access to the reserves and to the carrying out of research within the reserves. The text consists of 13 sections and 1 Schedule.
